Returns & refunds

Every piece is made by hand, so small variations in texture and tone are part of the work rather than a fault. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, tell us within 5 days of delivery with photographs and we'll make it right.

Personalised and commissioned pieces can't be returned for a change of mind, but a damaged or misprinted piece is always replaced or refunded.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
